What is covered by the Silver Preferred Plan?

The Security+Plus® Silver Preferred Plan covers over 1000 major vehicle components, including many of the latest high-tech systems. These include most internal and external components in the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, air conditioning and drive axle(s). It is designed for owners of accessorized new Nissans, since it covers many electronic items found on 'luxury' or 'high-tech' models.*

What is not covered by the plan?

The Silver Preferred Plan's extensive protection includes just about everything needed to keep your Nissan operating smoothly except maintenance services, tires, wheel balance and alignment, battery, spark plugs and wires.

For how long am I covered?

To protect your investment, the Silver Preferred Plan offers six different time and mileage options covering up to seven years or 100,000 miles from the vehicle's original in-service date.

What's the difference between the Silver Preferred Plan and the Silver Plan?

The Silver Preferred Plan offers all the coverage of the Silver Plan plus 24-hour roadside assistance and trip-interruption reimbursement for meals, lodging and alternative transportation. You also receive an additional day's reimbursement (up to five days, not four) at up to $35 per day for car rental.
